I’m Rainee, an International UK-based Service Designer with 6 years of industry experience, specialising in social innovation, user-centred, planet-centric, and inclusive design.
I aim to drive impact through service design strategies, user research and data analysis, visual communication, iterative design, storytelling for evidence-based insights, and community engagement. With experience across the UK, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, I excel in leading multi-disciplinary teams with strong multilingual communication skills, managing design sprints, and delivering sustainable, innovative solutions that foster positive social change.
